Shovey is licensed to you, not sold. Remove Ads is an auto-renewing monthly subscription that you can cancel at any time in your Apple ID settings.
Licence
Shovey is licensed to you, not sold. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement applies to your use of the app, and these terms add to it. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.
Remove Ads subscription
- What you get: no banner or full-screen ads while subscribed. Ads you choose to watch for a reward remain available.
- Length and price: one month, £0.99 in the UK. Other countries are priced by Apple.
- Payment: charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Renewal: renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel: in iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
- Refunds: handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Using Shovey
Use the game for fun, as intended. Do not reverse engineer it, tamper with it or use it to break the law. Virtual coins, gems and cosmetics have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Ownership
Shovey, its artwork, sound and code belong to Fosters Digital. You may not copy or redistribute them.
No guarantee
Shovey is provided as it is. We work to keep it running well, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of faults. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the problem.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear disputes, without affecting any rights you have under the law where you live. We may update these terms and will publish the new version here with a new effective date.
